Four quarters of factory sentiment

Round 116 assesses current business sentiment in Q3 of fiscal year 2026-27 and expectations for Q4 of the same year.
Qualitative responses cover demand, financial and employment conditions as well as the price situation.
The questionnaire also seeks an outlook on key parameters for Q1 and Q2 of fiscal year 2027-28. Genesis Management & Market Research Pvt. Ltd. will conduct the survey on the RBI's behalf for October-December 2026.
The agency will approach selected companies, while other manufacturing companies are also encouraged to participate.
