Catering tender opened for four Brussels events up to 20,000 euros
An ex-ante publicity notice has been issued for a negotiated procurement procedure regarding catering services for four plenary events in Brussels during October and November 2026. Interested economic operators must express their interest by August 24, 2026.
Four dates under one single contract
The Single Resolution Board intends to award a single service contract under reference SRB/NEG/14/2026 for catering services at its premises on Rue Treurenberg 22 in Brussels.
The maximum contract budget is set at EUR 20,000.00 excluding VAT.
A single contractor must deliver breakfast and lunch buffets for four planned events: 7 October for approximately 50 participants, 5 November for 25 participants including an additional coffee break, 24 November for 50 participants, and 25 November for 50 participants.
The provider must supply all required equipment, materials, and staffing for setup, service, replenishment, and clean-up.
Partial offers covering only individual dates will be automatically excluded.
Rules of engagement and submission path
This publication follows point 3.1 of Annex I to EU Regulation 2024/2059 on Union financial rules governing ex-ante advertising for low and middle value contracts.
Participation is open on equal terms to natural and legal persons within the scope of EU treaties.
Interested economic operators must submit an expression of interest by email to SRB-PROCUREMENT@srb.europa.eu no later than 24 August 2026 at 12:00 Brussels time.
Candidates may apply as a consortium or utilize subcontracting.
Routine administrative logistics
This publicity reflects routine EU administrative compliance for minor operational needs.
While necessary for plenary logistics, a small catering tender carries zero monetary policy weight.
